A compass reading before the journey begins.
We often perform our way through our days without stopping to notice what it's costing us. The bill comes later — and by then, the price of burnout and depletion is far higher. The Restority Compass is a simple invitation to pause and ask an honest question: how much restorative resource do I actually have right now?
The Compass gives you a brief, honest map of where you stand across three restorative resources — so you can see your current capacity clearly, name your strengths and gaps, and begin to build from there. More than a one-time score, it's meant to become a regular check-in: a practice of staying mindful of your own state, so you can restore and heal a little each day rather than waiting for a breaking point.
The three resources you'll check
The questions ahead ask about your recent, lived experience in each of these three areas — not abstract personality traits. Here's what each one holds:
Inner Resource
Your relationship with yourself — the self beneath the role. How clearly you can sense your own feelings, energy, and limits, and stay connected to the values and clarity that make a decision truly yours.
Relational Resource
The relationships that hold you — the people you can be honest with and lean on, and the boundaries that protect you from what quietly depletes you.
Environmental Resource
The world around you — your spaces, rhythms, and sacred practices, and whether the conditions of your daily life are set up to restore you rather than drain you.
"You don't have to have the answer — just let the question be with you."
